Cabo de Peñas Albacore Tuna are caught during the summer months in the Cantabrian Sea (North of Spain), using traditional fishing methods: They are caught one by one, using a rod and line, which is the most ecologically responsible fishing method, avoiding the capture of any other marine species, such as dolphins or sea turtles.
