Hardings Balsamic Port Reduction is a hand made Balsamic Vinegar Port Reduction or Balsamic Glaze, Gluten free and suitable for Vegan diets.
A balsamic Vinegar reduction is the same as a balsamic glaze, commonly known as sticky vinegar, which is sweeter and much thicker than standard balsamic vinegar.
Hardings Balsamic reduction contains an old tawny port. It is delicious as a cheese board dressing to elevate its sophistication and flavours. Try it also on grilled or roasted vegetables, charcuterie boards or drizzled on any salad and especially over a goat cheese salad.
