Preparation Instructions:

1. Place the desired number of dumplings in their cooking bags into a pot with cold, lightly salted water. Ensure the dumplings are fully submerged.​
2. Bring the water with the dumplings to a boil and let them cook for about 1 minute.​
3. Then, let the dumplings steep in the open pot over low heat for 15 minutes.​
4. Remove the dumplings and briefly rinse under cold water.​
5. Carefully tear open the cooking bag at one end and serve the dumplings hot. ​
