Carmencita Paella Seasoning is a traditional blend of spices with saffron to ensure success in all your paellas. Cook an authentic Spanish Paella using the genuine mix of spices with Saffron, as per the traditional recipe, followed for generations.
Carmencita Paella Seasoning can be used to cook either Seafood Paella, Vegetables Paella or Mix Paella (Paella Valenciana) with meat, seafood and veggies.
How to use this Paella Seasoning: Before adding the rice, pour the contents of one sachet for every six servings of Paella (600g of rice) into the paella pan. Do not add any other spice (check only salt).
