Pfanni Bratkartoffeln are pre-cooked German fried potatoes made from 96% sustainably grown German potatoes, sliced and seasoned with onions, yeast extract and spices for a hearty, savoury flavour. Golden, tender and full of authentic potato character, they deliver the satisfying taste of a classic homemade Bratkartoffeln in minutes.

Preparation: Tear open the bag at the side marking and loosen the contents by gently kneading. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Spread the potatoes evenly in the pan and fry over medium heat without turning for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the potatoes and fry for a further 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Tip: do not turn too early.
