Gut & Günstig Cornichons with Herbs are small, finely selected gherkins pickled in a brandy vinegar brine layered with dill, paprika, onions and black pepper. Aromatic and well-rounded, they offer the classic crunch and tang of a traditional pickled gherkin lifted by a fragrant, herby complexity.

Serving Suggestions: Arrange on a charcuterie board alongside pâtés, cured meats and aged cheeses, or slice through green salads, potato salads and grain bowls for a bright, herby note. They also work beautifully as a garnish for Bloody Marys or alongside smoked salmon and cream cheese on rye bread.
