Potato Dumplings Farmgold Mix Half Half 309g | Knödel

Farmgold Potato Dumplings "half & half" are the classic among all potato dumplings. A mixture of half raw and half cooked potatoes. Savoury and tasty, they are the ideal accompaniment to all meat dishes, such as roast pork with crackling or goose breast.

Preparation:

1. Put the powder under continuous stirring into 0.75l cold water. Then leave it soak for 10 minutes. 
2. Moisten your hands and form approx. 12 dumplings (each approx. 90g). Then put them into a pot with slightly salted boiling water.
3. Let them boil for about 1 minute. Then reduce heat and simmer the dumplings without lid for another 20 minutes. Remove from pot.

Ingredients:

Potatoes, Potato strach, iodised table salt, modified potato starch, emulsifier, palm fat, natural spice flavours, natural flavour.

May contain traces of gluten and egg.
