Tasting Notes:
This "Pago Oil" is made from centuries-old native Picual olive groves. It is differentiated and identified by an immediate sensation of clean, fresh, fruity, and herbaceous fragrances. The oil's great aromatic complexity evokes reminiscences of the plants that coexist in the olive grove, highlighting notes of olive leaf, wheatgrass, lavender, tomato plant, and fruity notes such as green banana, apple, and green almond. On the palate, it is very balanced, with a pleasant entry, slight bitterness, and spiciness. Its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.

Centenarium Premium is perfect for pairing with meats, enhancing various preparations and dishes. It also complements fish and seafood, whether raw or in sauces. Harvest and Production:
Harvested in early October, the Picual olives are cold-pressed within hours of picking to preserve their aromatic and nutritional qualities. This meticulous process involves using 10 to 14 kg of olives to produce 1 liter of oil, ensuring the highest standards of purity and flavor.
