Grocholl Rosti is made with potatoes cultivated in Germany. Rösti is a typically Swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes, fried in a pan. It was originally a breakfast dish, commonly eaten by farmers in the canton of Bern, but is now eaten all over Switzerland, Germany, France and around the world.
Grocholl Rosti is ready to eat immediately: Easy to open, no cooking, no peeling, no thawing, no soaking – ready to serve in about 15 minutes.
Cooking Instructions: Spread the Roesti out evenly in a nonstick pan. Brown them over high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Press the Roesti down and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip the Roesti over and adding a teaspoon of margarine or butter, fry the other side for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown.
