Cabo de Peñas Yellowfin Tuna in olive oil (also know as Light Tuna, due to the light colour of its flesh) is hand packed and prepared in a quality and selected olive oil. Cabo de Peñas Yellowfin Tuna fish has an intense flavour reflecting the cold waters where they grow.

At Cabo de Peñas, Light Tuna is individually caught in the Atlantic Ocean and the Cantabrian Sea (North of Spain), by artisan fishermen using fishing rods and live bait, respecting and conserving the marine environment and its species.
