Odenwald Wild Blueberries are hand harvested from the heathlands and moorlands of northern Eurasia, where wild blueberries grow slowly and develop a far more intense, complex flavour than cultivated varieties. Preserved in a light syrup with no added glucose, they deliver a deep, richly bittersweet berry character with a vibrant colour and a full bodied taste that sets them apart from ordinary blueberries.

Serving Suggestions: Spoon over yoghurt, porridge, muesli or pancakes for a vibrant and fruity breakfast. Use as a filling for blueberry tarts, cheesecakes, muffins and mousse cakes, or stir through a warm compote to serve alongside vanilla ice cream, panna cotta and crepes.
